Failed or incomplete generation
A confirmed failed or canceled generation returns the product credits charged for that task once. A pending task, temporary storage problem or unknown submission is not treated as a confirmed failure: we first check whether the provider accepted or completed it. Do not submit another paid request to recover an existing task. Contact support with the task ID if it remains unresolved.
Credit restoration is recorded in your task history. It is separate from a refund to your payment method. Allowances from the current one-time video packs do not expire. Historical credits retain their original recorded terms.
Result quality
AI results may differ from the photo or source footage, including facial details, motion and lip timing. An unsatisfactory completed result does not automatically trigger another generation or a cash refund. Send the task ID and a description of the problem to support for review. We will explain the outcome and any credit adjustment or payment refund approved for that case.
One-time purchases and payment refunds
Video packs are paid once in USD. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge. Unused purchased video allowance does not expire. You choose whether to purchase another pack after using your allowance.
For an accidental or duplicate charge, or a service problem, email support with your account email, order ID and a short explanation. Never send full card details. We check the charge, credit usage and service delivery before deciding a refund; submitting a request is not confirmation of approval. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded. Approved payment refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. Credits associated with a refunded payment may be removed to prevent double use. Partial refunds are reviewed separately.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you. Public checkout remains closed until production payment acceptance is complete.
