Photos and videos

Choosing a photo on the homepage creates a preview on your device. It is not uploaded until you deliberately submit an authenticated generation request. Submitted input photos and generated videos are stored in private storage. File requests require the owning account; support attachments additionally use ticket permissions.

To create a video, the configured AI provider receives your photo through a time-limited task-authorized link and receives the selected reference footage. Provider processing and retention are governed by that provider's terms. The production provider is still being selected; generation remains closed during setup. This policy will identify the selected provider before launch.

Accounts and payments

We use account email, authentication records, task history, orders, credits and support requests to operate the service. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store full card details. Payments are currently closed while pricing and acceptance testing are completed.

Retention and requests

Uploaded files are retained until explicitly deleted. Failed deletions can require retry or support assistance. Contact support to request access or deletion of your account and files. Financial records may need separate retention. We do not claim photos are automatically deleted after a fixed period.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication and language preferences use cookies. Optional analytics and advertising depend on the site's actual configuration and consent settings.
